For a few days now, Samsung has launched the new Galaxy Watch5 and Watch5 Pro smartwatches, which immediately gained the attention and interest of customers. However, the South Korean manufacturer does not forget the owners of the previous generation Samsung Galaxy Watch4, for which, according to GSMArena, it has now released the stable version of One UI Watch 4.5.
Samsung has not officially confirmed the stable version of One UI Watch 4.5. However, it is confirmed by the watch owners
Samsung launched the One UI Watch 4.5 beta program for the Galaxy Watch4 series a few months ago. For selected users who participated in the beta program, this extension will not be anything new. The system version is upgraded to Wear OS 3.2. There should be new original dials, Dual SIM functionality, the user environment will be improved and the QWERTY layout of the software keyboard will also be available.
Although the company already announced the end of the beta program on its community forums, it has not commented on the release of the stable version since then. However, some Galaxy Watch4 users have now started reporting on the forums that they have already received the stable version of One UI Watch 4.5 on their devices.
The update comes with firmware version R870XXU1GVH2/R870OXM1GVH2 and requires the download of an installation package of approximately 95 MB. If you haven’t received the update on your Galaxy Watch4 yet, you can check for it manually. Just go to Galaxy Wearable -> Galaxy Watch4 -> Watch4 Settings -> Watch Software Update.
